The Eureka yellow lemon variety is not widely used in the local market, as green lemons predominate. However, given the rich soils of our country, production is focused on export for fresh consumption, juice, or oil. Its production area is located along the central coast of Peru.

The juice is carefully extracted, avoiding the pressing of the white parts (albedo) which bring bitterness, resulting in a juice rich in zesty notes, true to the taste of freshly pressed fruit.

This juice is extracted directly at the factory, avoiding the white parts that give bitterness to the product, resulting in a fresh juice as if it were just squeezed.

The aseptic processing method preserves the product's organoleptic characteristics under strict food safety standards. This product requires refrigeration.
