Location and surroundings

Our production plant is strategically located in an agricultural area in the province of Cañete, south of Lima, allowing us to work directly and efficiently with local producers. This proximity to the fields guarantees the receipt of fresh fruit in the shortest possible time, preserving its quality and natural characteristics from the source.

We have a large, modern infrastructure designed to handle high processing volumes and meet demanding international standards. Our installed capacity allows us to ensure a continuous and stable supply for our customers in the industrial and HORECA sectors worldwide.

Washing process

The process begins with an automated washing system, where each fruit is carefully cleaned to remove impurities and ensure safe raw materials. This step is essential for maintaining food safety and quality in all subsequent stages of production.

Selection and quality control

Subsequently, the fruit undergoes a selection stage involving visual and technical inspection to ensure that only batches meeting our specifications and guaranteeing proper fruit ripeness continue the process. This rigorous control allows us to ensure uniformity, flavor, and consistency in each of our purees.

Technical analysis and verification

Each batch undergoes physicochemical and microbiological analysis in our in-house laboratory. These tests verify essential parameters such as Brix levels, acidity, color, viscosity, and food safety, ensuring that our purees meet the highest international standards.

Storage and preservation

Once processed, the products are stored in the ideal location to preserve their freshness and stability. We have storage areas at ambient temperature, refrigerated chambers, and freezer chambers at -22.00°C/-7.60°F, allowing us to maintain product integrity until final distribution.
