Location and Environment

Our production plant is strategically located in an agricultural area in the province of Cañete, south of Lima, allowing us to work directly and efficiently with local producers. This proximity to the fields guarantees the reception of fresh fruit in the shortest possible time, preserving its quality and natural characteristics from origin.

We operate with a large and modern infrastructure designed to process high volumes while meeting demanding international standards. Our installed capacity allows us to guarantee continuous and stable supply to our clients in the industrial and HORECA sectors worldwide.

Washing Process

The process begins with an automated washing system, where each fruit is carefully cleaned to remove impurities and ensure safe raw material. This step is essential to maintain food safety and quality throughout all subsequent stages of production.

Selection and Quality Control

The fruit then passes through a selection stage, where it is visually and technically inspected to ensure that only batches meeting our specifications and correct ripeness continue in the process. This rigorous control guarantees uniformity, flavor, and consistency in each of our purées.

Analysis and Technical Verification

Each batch undergoes physicochemical and microbiological analysis in our internal laboratory. These tests verify key parameters such as: Brix levels, Acidity, Color, Viscosity and Food safety. This ensures our purées meet the highest international standards.

Storage and Preservation

Once processed, the products are stored under optimal conditions to preserve freshness and stability. Our facilities include: Ambient storage áreas, Refrigeration chambers and Freezing chambers at -22°C / -7.6°F, this allows us to maintain product integrity until final distribution.
