In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law – Law No. 29733, regarding the duty to inform, ASEPTIC PERUVIAN FRUIT SA, (hereinafter, the “ COMPANY ”), identified with RUC No. 20600459946 , with address at Av. Roca Vergallo 170, Urb. Orrantia, Magdalena del Mar - Lima, Peru , within the website www.pacificfruitperu.com (hereinafter the “ Website ” or “Site”) and any other channel (such as: social networks), used for the sale of products and for the provision of services by the Company.
“User(s)” refers to any person who browses the Website, registers as a customer, purchases products, as well as any person who has provided personal data to the Company through the Website or through social networks.
