What does the aseptic process consist of?

Aseptic technology combines rapid and controlled heating with packaging under completely sterile conditions. The fruit is exposed to specific temperatures for a very short time, eliminating microorganisms without affecting its natural quality. The product is then packaged in aseptic containers.
