Cutting-edge Italian technology

Our aseptic process is based on Italian technology, internationally recognized for its precision, efficiency, and rigorous food handling standards. This system allows us to process fresh fruit safely, preserving its organoleptic properties—flavor, color, and aroma—without the need for preservatives or chemical additives.

What does the aseptic process consist of?

Aseptic technology combines rapid, controlled heating with packaging under completely sterile conditions. The fruit is subjected to specific flash temperatures for a very short time, eliminating microorganisms without altering its natural quality. The product is then packaged in aseptic containers.

Storage for up to 18 months

This system guarantees that our fruit purees can be preserved for up to 18 months, maintaining their original characteristics. Product stability is achieved without freezing, additives, or refrigeration, allowing our customers to plan and restock more efficiently and at a lower logistical cost.

Flavor and texture preserved

Thanks to the aseptic process, the fruit retains its freshness and authentic sensory profile. The short heat treatment prevents color loss or changes in texture, resulting in a stable, natural purée ready for use in industrial and HORECA applications.

Food safety guaranteed

Each batch produced using this technology undergoes rigorous microbiological and physicochemical controls. This ensures a safe, stable, and reliable product, complying with international standards for processed foods and maintaining complete traceability from field to final packaging.
