The goldenberry used in our NFC juice comes from the Sierra region of the Andes Mountains, at an altitude of 4,000 meters above sea level. This fruit is mostly used as dried fruit. The varieties we cultivate are native to the Huánuco region. It is characterized by being the only berry with an orange/golden color and a citrus flavor with sweet notes.

The extraction of NFC juice from the aguaymanto begins with manual peeling, then it is crushed and ends with refining to remove the seeds.

The aseptic process allows the organoleptic characteristics to be maintained under a strict food safety process.

Frozen by IceGen, the fastest freezing technology for juices and purees, allows you to retain freshness and inactivate microbial growth.

The two options with IceGen are with pasteurization and without pasteurization.
