The blueberries used in our purees come from the desert coast of Peru, specifically from very large farms belonging to Peru's leading agricultural exporters. The varieties grown are Biloxi, Eureka, Rocio, and Ventura, which are characterized by their intense purple color, sweetness, and freshness.

The aseptic transformation process allows the organoleptic characteristics to be maintained under a strict food safety process.

Frozen by IceGen, the fastest freezing technology for juices and purees, allows you to retain freshness and inactivate microbial growth.

The two options with IceGen are with pasteurization and without pasteurization.
