Sweet potato, also known as boniato, originates from Peru and is considered an ancestral food, with cultivation records dating back more than 8,000 years. In Peru, over 16,000 hectares are cultivated, with production exceeding 270,000 tons.

Our sweet potato purée is creamy, smooth, and free of lumps, with a vibrant orange color. The organic option uses the Huayro variety, while the conventional option uses the INIA Súper Jonathan variety.

Our purée is cooked, crushed, and refined to remove undesirable fibers.

The aseptic processing method preserves organoleptic characteristics under a strict food safety process.

Frozen using IceGen—the fastest freezing technology for juices and purées—this process helps retain freshness and inhibits microbial growth.

The two IceGen options are with pasteurization and without pasteurization.
