Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory due to its high curcumin content. In the juice industry, it is used in functional beverages and as a source of natural color. This crop is grown in the cloud forest region of the Rio Negro.

In our plant we perform a delicate pressing of our super powerful Turmeric roots.

Frozen by IceGen, the fastest freezing technology for juices and purees, allows you to retain freshness and inactivate microbial growth.

The two options with IceGen are with pasteurization and without pasteurization.
