The Chilean raspberries used in our purées come from the Maule Valley in southern Chile. The variety grown is Heritage. It is characterized by its carmine red color, its balance of acidity and sweetness with earthy notes of forest fruits.

The aseptic transformation process allows the organoleptic characteristics to be maintained under a strict food safety process.

Frozen by IceGen, the fastest freezing technology for juices and purees, allows you to retain freshness and inactivate microbial growth.

The two options with IceGen are with pasteurization and without pasteurization.
