The Ruby grapefruit variety is grown in the sandy soils of the Huamaní Valley in Pisco, the land of our spirit of the same name. This citrus fruit, with its tart and acidic notes, makes our NFC juice ideal for adding freshness to a variety of applications.

This juice is extracted directly at the factory, removing the white parts that impart bitterness, resulting in a fresh, just-squeezed juice. The aseptic processing method preserves its organoleptic characteristics under strict food safety standards.

Frozen by IceGen, the fastest freezing technology for juices and purees, allows you to retain freshness and inactivate microbial growth.

The two options with IceGen are with pasteurization and without pasteurization.
